'Arts for Well-being'. Our weekly programme of Voice Workshops continue with gentle movement. The project will explore vocal toning, silence, harmony and some improvisation. The workshops are provided free of charge. Refreshments will be available to purchase.

This will be our final poetry event before we take a break over August, and will be a complete ‘open mic’ evening for all who wish to take part on any theme or topic.
