Walk: St. Aidan’s Nature Reserve

Our walks are at a gentle pace, covering some 4 to 5 miles in about 2
to 3 hours (or longer if need be). This is just right for mind, body and
soul and sure to promote health and well-being. There is no fee and
you’re free-as-a bee!

There is a mid-walk break for lunch (so bring some food and drink) and
for poetry/prose readings (optional). At the end of walk we go to a cafe
or pub. Please wear sensible shoes and clothing for the weather
