When Ren McCormack, a teenage boy from Chicago, arrives in Bomont, he finds himself at odds with the town, including the Reverend Moore who has outlawed dancing. Enlisting the help of Ariel and Willard, Ren convinces the Reverend to let the teenagers dance.
