LCA Active, Creative Workshops.

Join us for the sixth of our Active & Creative Workshops from 1.30 – 3.00 p. m. at All Hallows Church Hall with gentle energy exercises and creativity. These workshops are designed to be fun, energising and relaxing with gentle movement to create flow.
