LCA Active, Creative Workshops

Join us for the fourth of our Active & Creative Workshops from 1.30 – 3.00 p. m. ‘Creative & Active Workshops’, All Hallows Church Hall with gentle energy exercises and creativity. These workshops are designed to be fun, energising and relaxing with gentle movement to create flow.
