LCA Active & Creative Workshops

Join us for the second of our Active & Creative Workshops from 1.30 – 3.00 p.m ‘Creative & Active Workshops’, All Hallows Church Hall with gentle energy excersises and creativity. These workshops are designed to be fun, energising and relaxing with gentle movement to create flow.
We will also be using our voice to do some toning, chanting and singing. All excersises can be done
