LCA Active Creative Workshops

Commencing Weds 28th November 1.30 – 3.00 p.m ‘Creative & Active Workshops’, All Hallows Church.
Join us for a 6 week programme of creative workshops with gentle energy excersises and creativity. These
workshops are designed to be fun, energising and relaxing with gentle movement to create flow.
We will also be using our voice to do some toning, chanting and singing. All excersises can be done
