MBS Event: Energy Medicine

This evening we will be looking at the teachings of Donna Eden and following some practical exercises to increase our energy levels in the first half. The exercises are simple and can also be done seated. In the second half we will be looking at the temporal tap and how we can use this simple technique to clear any negative energies or beliefs. Entrance including refreshments is £3.50/£2.50 (members and concessions).
