LCA ‘Music, Movement and Drama Workshops’

Join us for our weekly session of workshops using Music, Movement and Drama.  The sessions will take place one a week for 2 hours with a short break for refreshments. We’ll be singing some old familiar songs as well as new ones. The gentle exercises will be creative, fun and enjoyable, and will finish with a winding down period and short meditation and relaxation session which we hope will improve the psychological and physical well-being of attendees. All exercises can be done seated.
