Join us for the last in our Mind, Body, and Spirit Evenings this season when we will be taking part in a practical workshop with Sylvia Jay. Sylvia is a Somatic Educator in the tradition of Thomas Hanna; and also a Hendrickson Method massage and manual therapy Practitioner. Based in Meanwood, Leeds Sylvia offers private sessions, classes and workshops in north Leeds and beyond; and in Bristol. Enjoy more mobility, freedom of movement, a healthier, better looking posture; find greater enjoyment and performance in your chosen sport and activities. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
