DESCRIPTION:Led by June Smith \nOur walks are at a gentle pace\, covering some 4 to 5 miles in about 2\nto 3 hours (or longer if need be). This is just right for mind\, body and\nsoul and sure to promote health and well-being. There is no fee and\nyou’re free-as-a bee! \nThere is a mid-walk break for lunch (so bring some food and drink) and\nfor poetry/prose readings (optional). At the end of walk we go to a cafe\nor pub. Please wear sensible shoes and clothing for the weather
