DESCRIPTION:Kirkstall Abbey and grounds. Continuing on from the series of Heritage walks with Claire Randall last autumn we begin with a visit to Kirkstall Abbey both to view the parts we didn’t have time to see last year and also to pay our respects to the memory of Carol Downing whose ashes were committed to the river there. \nNext walks will be held on 14th\, 21st & 28th July. \nThese heritage walks were funded by the National Lottery Community Fund as part of ‘Wellbeing through Community Activities’. \n \n
