DESCRIPTION:Maria will introduce practice of Tai Chi\, Chi- Kung and meditation\, and demonstrate some exercises and as a part of the session. Please wear comfortable loose clothing for ease of movement and possibly suitable indoor trainers/ plimsolls etc. The exercises can also be practiced sitting down\, so shouldn’t be an issue for people with physical disabilities.
