SUMMARY:LCA 'Arts for Well-being' Voice Workshops.
DESCRIPTION:Arts for Well-being. \nOur weekly programme of Voice Workshops continue with gentle movement.  The workshops will be creative\, fun and suitable for people of all ages.  Using gentle vocal exercises and breathing techniques\, encouraging the voice to open up using different chants\, exercises and many simple songs from around the world.  The project will also explore vocal toning\, silence\, harmony and some improvisation. The workshops are provided free of charge.  Refreshments will be available to purchase.
