DESCRIPTION:Join us for  the sixth of our Active & Creative Workshops from 1.30 – 3.00 p. m. at All Hallows Church Hall with gentle energy exercises and creativity. DESCRIPTION:  \nLeeds homeopath and mind-body therapist Abi Briant-Smith will be talking about the powerful connection between our minds and bodies and will explore how certain emotional patterns might affect our physical health such as back or joint pain\, hormonal imbalances\, digestive and bladder issues\, migraines and much more. She will share some valuable self-help techniques and practices to help enable physical and emotional release and will discuss how homeopathy and mind-body therapy can help to support mental and physical wellbeing.   Abi is a Leeds based homeopath and mind-body therapist who is passionate about supporting and improving mental\, emotional and physical health through Classical Homeopathy\, Mind-Body Therapy and Bach Flower Remedies. She is registered with the Society of Homeopaths and has been in practice since 2013.  She supports clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety\, depression grief and low self-esteem and physical complaints such as menstrual issues\, candida\, cystitis\, breast problems\, IBS\, migraines/headaches\, sinusitis\, skin conditions\, back/joint/muscle pain. Through gentle and supportive questioning\, her aim is to get to know what makes each individual client tick and understand if/how emotions may be shaping or affecting their physical health.
